转向中间轴刚度与间隙试验台用于测试转向中间轴的刚度和间隙，包括整体的刚度和间隙以及各部件（十字轴万向节，滑动套管）的刚度和间隙。设备所用传感器以及关键机电部件均采用世界品牌，关键非标精密部件采用加工中心定位加工以保障精度。经过充分验证的角度测量方案克服了倾角传感器方案和接触式线性传感器测量角度方案的先天不足，保障了微小角度测量的高精度。试验样件安装以及传感器的装夹非常方便快捷。软件功能丰富，界面友好。

The steering I-shaft rigidity test equipment is used to measure the rigidity, backlash and hysteresis of the whole steering shaft and that of its sub-assembly, i.e., slider assembly, upper and lower universal joints.

In order to measure the torque and tiny angle change accurately, the best in class components are used. The unique angle measurement system provides high level angle accuracy. The test sample and sensing system is easy to fix and remove. The software provides comprehensive functions with friendly interface.
